Terms of service
Last updated November 2, 2026
These terms apply to the XLB Co. Travel website and booking system (the "service"). By signing in or sending us a request, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who we are
XLB Co. Travel is a travel agency. We arrange travel packages, flights, hotels, transfers and tours that are provided by other companies ("suppliers"), such as airlines, hotels, tour operators and booking platforms.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens when you are signed in.
- Give us accurate information, especially traveller names exactly as they appear on passports.
- Staff accounts (agents, finance and admins) are given access by an admin. We can change or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves.
3. Requests, quotes and bookings
- A booking or flight request is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when your agent confirms it and we send you an invoice.
- Prices and availability come from suppliers and can change until the booking is confirmed and paid as invoiced.
- Each booking is also governed by the supplier's own terms, including their rules for changes, cancellations, refunds and baggage. Your agent will tell you about the important ones.
4. Payments, changes and refunds
- We send invoices through our payment provider, Venn. Deposits, instalments and due dates are shown on your invoice.
- If a payment is late, the supplier may cancel the booking, and we may not be able to get the same price again.
- Changes and cancellations follow the supplier's rules and may have fees. Refunds are paid after we receive the money back from the supplier, minus any non-refundable amounts and our service fees as shown on your invoice.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance, including cancellation and medical cover.
5. Travel documents
Each traveller is responsible for having a valid passport, visas, health documents and anything else required for their trip. Many countries require a passport that is valid for at least six months after you return. We'll flag what we notice, but entry requirements are set by governments and can change.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That includes trying to access information you're not allowed to see, interfering with the site's security or operation, or using it for anything unlawful. Staff must keep client and traveller information confidential and use it only to serve clients.
7. Our content
The site's text, design, logo and package descriptions belong to XLB Co. Travel or our suppliers. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Liability
We act as an agent for suppliers. We aren't responsible for a supplier's acts or omissions, such as delays, cancellations, overbooking or the quality of their services, though we'll help you deal with them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
10. Changes and ending use
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; changes apply from that date and do not affect bookings already confirmed. You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
